By accessing or enrolling in Speak Steady (“the School”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and accept responsibility for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not access or use the School.

All materials contained within the School are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Speak Steady is an educational and wellness-based program and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services.

  1. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use the School’s materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share materials with others
  • Use materials for commercial purposes or resale
  • Record, duplicate, or publicly display course or coaching content
  • Modify or create derivative works from the materials
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software or platform functionality
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Upload content to other platforms or “mirror” materials on any server

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund. Upon termination, all downloaded materials must be deleted or destroyed.

All content provided in Speak Steady is for educational, informational, and wellness purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Participation in Speak Steady does not replace medical care, speech therapy, neurological treatment, or professional healthcare services. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.

Speak Steady does not collect or store medical records or protected health information (PHI).

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials in the School are provided “as is.” Speak Steady makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Medical effectiveness or therapeutic outcomes
  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results

Individual outcomes vary based on personal participation, consistency, and health factors.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Speak Steady or its owner be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials, including loss of data, profit, or personal outcomes.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability; in such cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Not disrupt community spaces or coaching environments
  • Not misrepresent the program as medical treatment

Speak Steady reserves the right to remove access for conduct that violates program integrity.

  1. Modifications to Terms

Speak Steady may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the School constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
